How long will it take to receive my product?

Since we received the order at our headquarters, it takes between 24/48 hours to get it to you.

What happens if the messenger comes and I am not?

From FOSA Home we will do our best to ensure that your order arrives on time. If you are not and can not be delivered (up to 2 delivery attempts) the courier (SF express) will contact you to arrange a delivery point. If for whatever reason they can not deliver it to you, contact us through the form and we will solve it.

I want to change a product, how do I do it?

If you need to make a change, fill out the form and inform us clearly of the reason. Prepare the product in its original packaging next to the invoice. Please read the return policy clearly.

I want to return a product. How do I do it?
